As we work together, you will begin to reactivate your life compass. Feel the sense of “home” as you begin to walk your path, reclaiming your power and voice. Finding your passions that will lead you to your destinations.

As you continue to do the work, it becomes a part of you. When you take back your power, you own your life and destinations. When triggers come knocking, you hear it, but you are powerful and in control of your choices. Listen within and your heart & soul. Be your own warrior.

break free from codependency traits,
reclaim your voice and power,
strengthening and trusting your intuitive body,
setting boundaries and releasing the victim mindset,
clearing away old beliefs/thoughts/patterns and
gain new perspectives and much more!
Follow the roots down to where the wounds developed (childhood, adulthood, generational/ancestorial traumas). As you nurture and heal the wounds, layer by layer you will be stronger and new growth will develop. Your dreams will manifest and your power returns to you by the internal flame.
coaching program includes:
Zoom 1:1 calls (2 x month),
Tools, teachings, and journaling prompts,
Breathwork & Journeying,
Energy healing/ cleansing,
Sound vibrational bath, and a safe sacred space;
and anything that the Universe and intuition feel is needed for you at the time. Spirit works mysteriously and never know what will come up.
You will be held accountable for yourself as I hold a safe, sacred space for you to be vulnerable with yourself and to be witnessed.
